Cheryl’s Sugar Cookie Dough

Scharffen Berger® 70% Cacao Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks - 3 Pack 
Instructions
- Scoop about one pound of cookie dough into a medium bowl and mix in the chocolate chunks.
 - Using a small ice cream scooper or a your hands, roll the cookie dough (like forming a meatball) into small sized balls and set on the cookie sheet. Place the cookie dough in the fridge until ready to dip, about 10 minutes..
 - In a microwaveable safe bowl, heat the remaining chocolate in 10-second increments until fully melted.
 - Dip the chilled cookie dough balls into the melted chocolate. Place the dipped cookie dough balls in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
